The idea to create something similar appeared when we argued that almost every electronic track is in 4/4 time signature. I were listening progressive rock a lot then, at first I wanted to try 7/4 but soon I found out that this is might be quite difficult for the first time, as a result we got 3/4 electronic waltz.
